摘要:
This presentation will provide an overview of the progress of the 5G (IMT-2020) studies in ITU-T Study Group G13, key ITU-T expert group for these studies.
The presentation will introduce at first some key results of the ITU-T Focus Group on IMT-2020, at the origin of the SG13 work programme establishment, and the current working structure and approach of SG13. Following the line of some distinguishing features and related high level requirements of 5G networks, including Architecture, Softwarization, Network slicing, Networking technologies, Fixed Mobile convergence, Business models and IoT-5G integration, the presentation will illustrate relevant achievements and ongoing studies of the SG13 standardization effort. Finally, it will conclude highlighting the crowded 5G standardization landscape and the need of cooperation among SDOs, Alliances, Consortia and other parties.
